Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome also known as AIDS is a serious viral disease that attacks the body's natural system. Caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), AIDS progressively weakens the ability of the organism to fight infections and diseases. Transmission of HIV primarily occurs through contact with infected blood, semen, or vagin
